still at large. tonight parents and students are taking more precautions with the cold reality that no neighborhood is safe. the girls soccer team had their sights set on the state finals this weekend. but earlier today a student reported an attempted abduction. >> just exercise a little more caution tonight. >>reporter: a student tells police it was around 9:30 this morning along white oak drooi across the street from the high school. >> someone reached through the window, grabbed her, she broke free and was able to report it to the police department >>reporter: police tell us she was walking alone. she reported the incident immediately to a school resource officer. the news hit sarah gunn who is the same age as the student.
>> i'm going to make sure i'm always with another person >>reporter: a school spokesman said an automated e-mail and phone call went out to the parents of all students in the school. police spent the day interviewing the victim and now are trying to find any victim. meanwhile, parents aren't legislate their guard down in a seekingly place place to live. >> it can happen here. we like to think things like this don't happen this close to home >>reporter: tonight there's no sketch of the suspect but the victim told police he was driving a dark green older model pick up with tintd windows. if you know more, call theno car
